I am an investor, entrepreneur and engineer. Traveling has been my passion since a very young age. First, as a little boy, this passion was awakened by reading Jules Verne’s adventure books, and then I absorbed travel literature. I bicycled through half of Europe and backpacked through parts of Asia. I’ve always dreamed of Africa, but I came across it coincidentally (if you believe in coincidence, but I don’t). I have been living here since 2017 and I made the decision to move to Namibia after the first visit, so you can call it love at first sight. When creating NamibStar, I had in mind what our motto is today: to escape from the ordinary – a mission to not only explore it, but to have you fall in love with this magical, red soil land as I did.

Recently married couple with 24 years of work experience in the UK, we finally found our heaven on earth in Namibia! Not many people hear about this sunny country. That breaks our heart, as Namibia has so much to offer: sea, sand dunes, hiking trails, and most of all spectacular wildlife, among others.
